Sigrud is run by Mike Alwill, a South Brooklyn native with 17 years of experience across Google, YouTube, Meta, and business consulting. He’s worked in data analytics, business & sales operations, and in strategy, with extensive work on new products and growth initiatives. His multidisciplinary experience has given him a unique perspective on solving business problems and has taught him the importance of choosing the right tool for the job.

In addition to his own skills, Mike has a trusted network of consultants and current and former FAANG employees that he can activate for Sigrud’s engagements as needed. This network includes experience in Advertising, Ad Tech, AI, AR/VR, E-Commerce, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Media, Retail, Telecom, and Video—among other area.

Sigrud (not to be confused with Sigurd or Sigrid) is named for a character in Robert Jackson Bennett’s Divine Cities trilogy, a nod to Mike’s love of reading and writing fiction.
